This space is created with presence, care, and deep respect for your journey.

These Terms & Guidelines are here to offer clarity, safety, and mutual understanding—so you can fully relax into your experience.

By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following.

 

The Nature of This Space

Soul Saga offers sessions designed to support inner awareness, emotional healing, personal growth, and reconnection with self.

Each session is held with care, presence, and respect for your unique experience.

This work is gentle, intuitive, and deeply personal. It is not about fixing you, but about supporting you in remembering who you are.

 

Energy Exchange

All sessions are sacred investments in your journey.

• All services are offered in EUR (€)

• Payments are processed securely via PayPal

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session

Your booking is only secured once payment has been received.

Energy given is energy received—this exchange honors the time, preparation, and space created for you.

Soul Saga reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings will always honor the price agreed at the time of booking.

 

Online Sessions

All sessions take place online via Zoom.

To support your experience, you agree to:

• be in a quiet, private, uninterrupted space

• have a stable internet connection

• use headphones (wired is recommended for best quality)

• arrive on time

Online sessions can be just as deep and effective as in-person sessions when the space is prepared with intention.

If technical issues arise on your side, the session time cannot be extended.
If technical issues arise on the Soul Saga side, we will reschedule or adjust as needed.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life is understood as fluid, and flexibility is offered within clear and respectful boundaries.

• More than 48 hours before your session: full refund or reschedule

• Between 24–48 hours: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours: no refund

Late arrivals will not extend the session time.

Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.

In rare and compassionate circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at Soul Saga’s discretion.

This policy honors both your time and the preparation and energy held for your session.

 

Confidentiality & Privacy

Your journey is private and held with care.

All personal information and anything shared during sessions is treated as confidential.

Information may be collected for practical purposes such as:

• booking your session

• communicating with you

• providing your service

This may include your name, email address, booking details, and anything you choose to share in relation to your session.

Your information is:

• stored securely

• never sold

• never shared with third parties

• used only to support your experience with Soul Saga

Nothing will be disclosed without your consent unless required by law or in situations involving serious risk of harm.

 

Data Protection (GDPR)

Soul Saga respects and follows European data protection standards.

You have the right to:

• access your personal data

• request correction or deletion

• withdraw consent at any time

If you wish to request this, you may contact Soul Saga directly via email.

 

Recordings

If session recordings are provided:

• they are for your personal use only

• they may not be shared, copied, or distributed

• they will be deleted from Soul Saga systems within 3 days

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• you are entering the session willingly

• you are in a suitable mental and emotional state

• you are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the session

• you are at least 18 years old

You understand that emotional responses, insights, or shifts may arise, and you take responsibility for your integration process.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Saga is not responsible for:

• decisions or actions you take after sessions

• interpretations of your experience

• any direct or indirect outcomes

By engaging in this work, you accept full responsibility for your choices and your path.

 

Respect for This Work

All materials, recordings, content, and guidance shared by Soul Saga are the intellectual property of Soul Saga.

They are offered for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
